Bome's Midi Translator for OS X
This page is for all the OS X users with some additional info regarding the OS X version.
Overview
In general, the OS X version is equivalent to the Windows version. It sports a slightly different
looking user interface -- what we consider the next generation look of Midi Translator.
Project files (.bmtp) can be freely exchanged between Windows and OS X. Note, however, that
the OS X version does not support all features of the latest Windows version. The OS X version
will show error messages when trying to load a project file with non-supported features.

Requirements:
- Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger) or 10.5 (Leopard)
- Intel or PPC CPU
- Java configured in 32-bit mode

Limitations
- only version 1.6.1 available (we're working on 1.7.0!)
- Compared to the Windows version, the following functions are not available:
- Keystroke as Incoming Trigger
- Mouse as Outgoing Action
- WM messages as Outgoing Action
- only the Pro Edition publicly available
Author/Player Bundle
A Player edition is available for OS X under custom licensing terms.
