How to save Unicode resources for edit?

how to save from .exe China or Japan menu in .rc file for edit? after saving all chars replaced on "??????????"

sorry that noone has answered yet. Restorator cannot save in Unicode so I'm afraid you're stuck with Restorator's internal editor, I guess.
