Open Up a Restorator Patcher

I Have a couple ResPatcher exe's I would like to open up to see the resources and how they are altered.

How would I open and see what the ResPatcher does?

Hi, those ResPatchers are explicitly secured so that they cannot be opened. This is to protect the maker of the ResPatcher...
