yes, you're right, and I do think that your blog will be useful for our users. BUT we just don't link directly to other sites (unless we do it officially). We have once got in trouble because a link to another site was in fact installing a virus on people's computers. That caused our site to be flagged as "dangerous site", too, by virus databases, etc.

Hope that explains... mentioning related web sites, and promoting them no problem.
