Just a few suggestions. Defining the split point by a knob for me is more difficult. I generally define in by hitting a given key on the keyboard. You can either push a button to set up the next key as the definition key then hit the key (with no sound for that one hit), or simply always capture the last key hit and the use the button to define the last key hit as the split point (which of course will produce a sound.
You might also want to use a button to switch toggle presets (by channel or by device).

Hi Steve,
Here’s the project file with your suggested edits. I used Launchkey Mini as the input since you prefer buttons over rotary controls. Let me know if there’s anything else I should do in the project. I’m more than willing to add or change anything as needed. Thanks.

Would it be possible to send the split info to a specific midi channel only?
I have the following setup: one masterkeyboard going to bomebox din in/out and further to 4 synths on different midi channels. one of the synths needs to be switched between full keyrange and upper half above middle C.
thanks
