MT Player doesn't open

Hello,

I downloaded MT Player through installer: MTPlayer1.8.0.25_NK (WIN). I went through the Setup Wizard and checked the box that said "open when finished installing" Then I hit "finish", and nothing happened. I will note that an icon called "MT Player nativeKONTROL" was created on my pc, but when I double-click on it nothing happens. When I quintuple-click on it, nothing happens either. I got this version when I bought Clyphx Pro Keys. It came together. Can I try to get another MTPlayer1.8.0.25 through you guys?

Please reach out to Native Instruments for help on thier MTPlayer product. We really do not have any knowledge of their implementation.
