Receive Commands from Specific Devices

Hi Forum,

MacOS, no Bome Box.

I've used the Translator for a handful background commands for a while, but never extensively.

For a lot of my reprogramming needs, I use ControllerMate. Lately, their programmers have become somewhat negligent, so I'm looking for an alternative.

Here's the only hindrance I have (or haven't figured out):

I have multiple USB Devices, all triggering standard ANSI keyboard values. Is there a way to tell Bome to only accept value 'xy' from a specific device, but not from a different one?

E.g.: Key F12 triggered by 'Keypad 1' outputs MIDI Note 72, ch. 1

Key F12 by 'Keypad 2' outputs Note 104, ch. 4

I'm not finding any way to specifically tell Bome where to take the commands from.

Thanks and,

Best,

No, all keyboard are keyboards, there is nothing to identify them as unique without special keyboard drivers.

PS. MIDI keyboards can be differentiated, however.
