Requires Java 6 after installing OSX 10.10

Hi,
After upgrading my Mac OS X to version 10.10 "Yosemite" I've been experiencing that Bome requires me to run a legacy version of Java. Is there a way to get around this and get Midi Translator to run on Java 7?
I thought I'd taken all my musical equipment into consideration before upgrading, but didn't expect my software to be the biggest issue here.

Nevermind I fixed it by downloading Apple's fix on the matter.

And just for your information, the next version 1.8 of MT (a bit overdue!) will not require Java to be installed.
