Move top does not work

the menu function move top does not work with me. It mixes things. ip. The selected translator moves one up, the one on top moves below the translator..

Yeah. This was happening with me as well on the same OS. For me it was only a problem when I tried moving a single translator to the top. So if it's causing an issue, try highlighting and moving the other translators to the bottom, or wherever. Minor inconvenience. Easily worked around, no big deal.
