outgoing action: mouse wheel ticks

I'm using an old Xone:1D to emulate some functions and shortcuts in Windows 7(x64).
When I try to set the outgoing action to 1 tick, I get an error:

corrupt mouse event
Outgoing Action corrupt or not supported: Mse2

outgoing mouse actions seem to be saved the wrong way.
This is what's being saved:

When I open the file with these translations I get 7 unknown actions, first one being:
Unknown Action: Mse2051

I tried to fix this by placing an extra zero in the outgoing actions like this:

When I save these changes and reopen the file, all mouse ticks work fine and get recognised as translations
However, when I hit save and reopen the file the translator entries get saved wrong again and result in the same error messages as before. Also, the file gets saved in another format which is not that easy to edit with a text editor (different version I guess).

This seems like a simple bug that is easy to fix. But if I'm doing something wrong, please tell me.

Just got the new 1.8 version of MT Pro.
The issue is now completely gone, all mouse ticks working fine
