When I use the "Save As" command, all is well until the next time I launch MT. At that point MT automatically loads the file just previous to the one I saved with "Save As".
A couple of times, to my chagrin, I've launched MT, worked on a file for a while, and then noticed that I haven't been working on the latest file. Since I include the date in my filenames, it's not hard to avoid this (by opening the latest file, once MT has launched).
Interestingly, the latest file is not shown at the top of the list of recent files...it's always second in the list. However when I use the "Open" command, the files are listed in the correct order - with the latest file on top.
