Color Coding or Large Text

OK, I love the no-frills efficiency of Midi Translator.
No eye candy or superfluous functions/animations, just pure power-user stuff, I do love it.

Having said that...:
The most valuable use of Midi Translator is in live applications of Midi.
I often find myself squinting at the laptop screen to discern which preset I'm currently in, so that I know what assignments my controllers currently have, etc.

My suggestion:
I'm wondering if it would be easy to implement a color-coding system where the user could for example assign a background color for each preset.
I'm picturing something like this:




or maybe a large text display option would be a better solution (I got that idea from some other audio plugins that give you that option):



This kind of thing would help me tremendously.
