Hi there!
I have theese two optical controller wheels on my Xone 3d (dj mixer) wich i want to emulate a x-y pad on another controller (the xponent from m-audio)
there is no re-mapping function for the x/y pad in Torq (dj software (m-audio says its exclusive for the xponent, but is sends out midi so it must be a way around right ?) So i guess i have to take the commands that the x/y pad sends out and direct them to the optical wheel ? but how ?, where do i start ?
I found the midi chart for the Xone3d and the left wheel has CC37 and CC36 the other way, and the right wheel CC45 and CC44
The Messages the x/y pad reads i guess is
B2 08 00
B2 09 3A
B2 08 00
B2 09 3a
I guess one is for touching it, and one is for releasing it, one is for the Y axsis and one for X ?
I would like to control the x /y axsis with the encoder CC36 and CC37, and i will use a button for the one off feature (touching the pad)
Florian!, any tips ?;-)
