unlocking the os x pro version??

I purchased the lic key but am having trouble authorizing the software.
any help would be appreciated

Hi,

sorry for the confusion. Currently, only the PC version is available for an online purchase. With the PC license, you also have the right to the Mac license which you currently need to manually request with us here.

We thought that we communicated this well on the Purchase page, but I just realized that the documentation that ships with MT does not say this.

It will just be a week or so until we update the online shop to include the Mac version, so all hassle will end, hopefully!
