Remap PC to specific MIDI channel based on PC number?

Hi guys,
Is it possible to remap PC's to specific MIDI channels based on the PC number?

Here's what I need to do: I'm currently running Ableton Live with multiple softsynths receiving on the same MIDI channel from a WX5 and EWI4000S wind controller. So the MIDI data transmitted from the controllers is only on a single channel but I can easily rechannelize this to multiple MIDI channels.....but I want to remap PC's so that when a specific PC is received, it will be remapped to different PC's on different channels. So basically I need some form of PC remapping table for multiple MIDI channels.

Is this possible?

yes, though I haven't fully understood how you want it to work. Could you do a sort of a flow diagram of the sort
PC 3 on MIDI channel 1
-> send PC 3 on MIDI channel 2

Don't worry about it....I managed to devise a solution using a combination of BMT and Bidule.
