Start Preset number list with "0"

Just as a GUI convenience, I'd like to see the "#" column in the Preset list start with "0" instead of "1" so it corresponds with the actual preset assignment (I always forget to subtract 1 when referencing by number ).

good point. We will do that (and also fix that in the log). The Mac version 1.7 already uses 0-based preset numbers everywhere.
