Trigger Finger, Soundplant and MT

I have been using Soundplant on my laptop to trigger samples and sound effects during my bands live shows...I now have a M-Audio Trigger Finger and would like to use that instead of the laptops keyboard...
Anyone have any experience with this kind of setup...
Any help would be greatly appreciated

What's your target application? Does it understand MIDI?

Use Midi Translator to capture the Midi Messages from Trigger Finger. Use each Button of the M-Audio Trigger Finger as a Translator in Midi Translator. Then select an outging action for that. If your target application understands MIDI, then select MIDI, otherwise try the Key Stroke Emulation outgoing action to control your target application.
