cubase and mixer

hi, first sorry for my bad english, i'm from germany. i want to controll cubase 4 with my mixer, so:

...i've connected my (tascam dm 24) mixer with my computer.
-> install bomes midi translator
-> captured the midi signal which the mixer sends to cubase.
-> choose the signal (hex) as input and output.

if i move a fader in cubase, the fader of the mixer moves too. no problem. but if i move a fader of the mixer, in cubase nothing happens. are there any hex commands for cubase which i can use, what could be the problem?

Can you show me you Preset? You can copy and paste translators straight to the forum..

Maybe there is a routing problem? Have you got your ports set up like...

From (Mixer) => To (Application)
From (Application) => To (Mixer)

and your individual Translators should also be mapped to the correct ports, OR if you are just doing a pass-through have the inputs and outputs send/receive on both ports...
