Controlling window scroll bar with fader/knob

OK, I guess that the title says it all. How can I do it? For example, I have a library of tracks in one long list. How can you map a fader on my controller to control the scroll bar next to that list?

Mouse scrolling is not a supported yet yet, but you should add this to the feature request forum, good idea...

Or, maybe your software supports an MIDI input for scrolling? ie. Traktor?

No, it's software with no MIDI support, I am using things such absolute positions of mouse cursor to control it via MIDI.

OK... so my next question is this - is it possible to somehow use variables to position mouse cursor or do I always have to enter the values into outgoing mouse action by hand?
