Disappointed Buying MT

I bought MT because I was told there was excellent service. I posted a question 2 weeks ago & still haven't gotten a response!
Nothing on the forum & nothing from a personal email to Florian.
Apparently, I was misinformed. I certainly can't recommend the product under these circumstances..

apologies from me, too. I was at the NAMM trade show 2 weeks ago and there was a lot of stress preparing. Sorry!

I figured you would be at NAMM, but I kinda thought someone else would be around...

I have no idea what I'm looking at so I sent the link to my "tech-guy"
I'm hoping to take as much of the load off my PC by having the interface do some of the work.
Hope he can make use of it.
