Midi Device?

Hi, I am using Midi Translator to automate My Allen & Heath GS-R24 from Pro Tools.

I am currently using a Novation Remote Zero SL to link the computer to the desk.

Would I be correct in thinking that a midi interface such as the: Icon CubeMi 3 USB MIDI Interface or E-MU XMIDI 2x2 USB Midi Interface would do the same job as my
Novation.

Yes, both of those would work. You could also easily use something like http://www.guitarcenter.com/E-Mu-Xmidi- ... agpspn=pla which is a little cheaper.
