Mouse Clicks on second screen, touchscreen

Hi,

I'd like to figure out whether it's possible to use MT mouse clicks with my second screen, a Dell St2220T touchscreen, running on a mac mini with a touchbase driver.

Do mouse clicks work on any second screen?
