Joystick / Touchpad -> Mouse movements

Has anyone used MT to create mouse movements from a keyboard's joystick (say, on a Korg Kontrol 49 or an M-Audio Ozonic) or touch pad (say on a Novation Remote)?

I'm assuming that the Kontrol 49's joystick would work better than the Ozonic's, as the Korg's is sprung to return to the centre position.

I don't have any of these keyboards at the moment, so can't experiment....
