Different Notes

When I play notes on Mouse Keyboard it sounds good, but when I connect wit Cubase and use a VST Instrument (vb-1) using Yoke the C5 note sounds different.

Why's that difference. Is there something I can set-up? Plase help. Thanks.

Shouldn't it sound different when playing through the vb-1 synthesizer? You can certainly use different synthesizers in Cubase, or change the patch in the VST synths.
