Reason ReDrum Problem

For some reason, I get no sound from the ReDrum, is this a known issue or am I screwing something up?? Each time I press a key, the mute button lights up on the Redrum. Thanks anyone.

sorry for the late reply. I am not aware of such an issue. Maybe you can get help on the Reason message board/forum?
